How we protect your data
Your business is yours. Here is how I keep it safe, in plain words.
Sensitive numbers stay out
Bank and account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers and tax IDs never go into the app. If you say or type one, I'll ask you to leave it out and put a blank in your PDF so you can write it in by hand.
Who helps behind the scenes
Claude, from Anthropic, organizes your answers and answers your questions. OpenAI turns your voice into text. Neither may train their AI on your business.
Your voice isn't kept
Recordings are turned into text and then deleted. The text is encrypted before it is saved.
Counting visits
We use Google Analytics to count visits and which screens are used, never what you write or say.
You decide who sees it
Only you can see your Business Brain. Nobody else can chat with it unless you invite them.
Delete it anytime
Deleted right away from the live app. Backup copies age out within 7 days.
